A global professional services organisation is seeking an Interim Global HR Process Lead to support their HR transformation programme.
Reporting into the Global Head of HR, your remit will be to conduct and end-to-end review all global HR processes, identify opportunities for global standardisation whilst ensuring that the new HR processes aligns with the HR Target Operating Model. This will include extensive engagement with in-country HR leaders, Operational business stakeholders and internal HR services.
As well as shaping new global HR processes, you will also engage the HR technology team to identify opportunities for HR systems enablement.
Skills & Experience required:
- Track-record of defining globally consistent HR processes as part of a HR transformation programme;
- Excellent knowledge of the Ulrich HR model and best practice processes between HR Shared Services, Centre’s of Excellent and HR Business Partners;
- Engaging approach and demonstrable track-record of engaging HR stakeholders and Operational stakeholder community in communicating the benefits of global, standard processes;
- Solid hands-on experience with HR process mapping tools
