A large global organisation is currently undergoing a large HR transformation programme and are seeking an Interim HR Operations Change Lead for 6-12 months to support their programme.
Reporting into the global workstream lead, your remit will be to manage the hands-on delivery of range of tactical projects related to the transition of HR services into a new, global HR shared services function. This will include the deployment of knowledge base technology tools and case management tools, whilst defining the future operational processes, procedures and practices to be adopted. In addition to this, you will be instrumental in supporting a global Workday implementation, engaging with multiple 3rd party vendors and post go-live transition to BAU.
- Strong track-record of managing the delivery of HR services on a global basis, along with a demonstrable history of delivering new initatives/technologies within a global HR services setting;
- Experience of co-ordinating, managing and completing service rehearsal, UAT and hypercare for new HR service technologies;
- Strong grasp of systems, processes and procedures in HR operations;
- Highly solutions orientated, delivery focused and a strong bias for task completion
